Thumbscrew Pinch HG100: 3 X 15 Sec Holds.

Thumbscrew Pinch Converter

Brand new from Dave Hornes World of Grip - The Thumbscrew Pinch Converter allowing the pinch to be worked via regular torsion spring or scissor type grippers!

This is the aparatus I will be using to work my pinch and you'll note it dotted around throughout my journals. Over time I'll be working reps, holds and maximum effort pinches (currently shooting for an HG100 close).

Available for purchase here.
